Principal: Tracy Paterson

As the Principal for 108 Health and Fitness, Tracy is responsible for the development and delivery of all services and programs. To do this Tracy relies on her extensive history within the Australian Community and Fitness Services.

Tracy’s love for fitness started at a young age with representative Swimming and Water Polo extending into PT and Group Fitness instructing whilst studying. Since then Tracy has continue to extended her knowledge and passion to include Yoga and Pilates
